Saito Dosan | 斎藤 道三

Saito Dosan, born in 1494 in Mino province, was the son of a minor lord.

Despite starting from humble beginnings, he quickly displayed a keen intellect and an aptitude for martial strategies.

As a young warrior, Dosan initially served under the local daimyō, developing his skills and earning respect on the battlefield.

His to power began in the early 1530s when he staged a coup against the ruling Saito clan.

Through a series of tactical victories, Dosan claimed the of daimyō of Mino, consolidating his power and expanding his territory.

Dosans reign marked a significant turning point in the history of the region, as he transformed Mino into a formidable domain.

Saito Dosan was renowned for his cunning in battle and brilliant military strategies.
